These Terms govern access to and use of Medihut Consultations. By using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms and applicable healthcare, consumer, and data laws.

1. Platform Scope

  • Medihut provides digital tools for doctor discovery, appointment booking, teleconsultation, and related patient workflows.
  • Clinical advice is provided by independent licensed practitioners, not by the platform itself.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete profile and health context information.
  • Do not misuse accounts, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent data.
  • Use the service only for lawful medical and healthcare purposes.

3. Doctor Listing and Directory Data

  • Doctors listed as Medihut doctors are available for direct platform bookings.
  • External directory doctors may be shown for discovery and contact, but may not be bookable on Medihut.
  • Directory information is aggregated from external sources and may change over time.

4. Consultations and Medical Use

  • Teleconsultation is not a substitute for emergency care.
  • In emergencies, users must immediately contact local emergency services.
  • Users are responsible for follow-up diagnostics and treatment adherence advised by the doctor.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Fees, payment handling, and cancellation outcomes follow the Refund Policy.
  • Certain payments may be non-refundable after consultation delivery or policy cut-offs.

6. Intellectual Property and Access Control

  • Platform UI, code, and content are protected by applicable IP laws.
  • Unauthorized access, scraping abuse, reverse engineering, or service disruption is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided on an as-available basis subject to uptime and technical constraints.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and Termination

  • We may update features, workflows, or policies to remain compliant and operationally safe.
  • Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations, abuse, or legal risk.
